Steel Cut Oats definitely have their own distinct taste and texture, and aren't usually are oats of "choice" but I kept experimenting and searching, and came up with my own new favorite recipe to bring these tough oats a creamy and sweet texture. Give this a try the next time you grab steel oats and you won't be disappointed.
