I can’t recommend this program enough! I love how easy Meg has made it for me to live a healthier lifestyle. The workouts are simple, but challenging. The recipes are great and the community that the group brings together is so encouraging. If you are wanting to start making healthier choices, but don’t quite know how- this is a great start!

Meg is so awesome. She is always smiling and positive. She definitely knows how to make her clients feel special and capable. Her exercise videos are short so they are easily incorporated into a busy schedule. But they are designed so they maximize the time you are putting into them. She’s got a great and positive community for her members to participate in which helps keep us on track and accountable. All in all it’s been a great and definitely worthwhile experience.

 Frequently asked questions

What equipment will I need to get started?

A set of dumbbells is really all you need! I suggest starting with 5-8 lb weights, but any that you have will work! We occasionally use mini-bands, but they are not required.

How much is the Goals & Grace membership?

The G&G membership is $34.99 + tax. That includes access to our online member portal, access to our workout library with hundreds of workouts, first access to new released workout programs, a library of meal guides, weekly trainings, access to our online community and so much more!

What if I can’t workout one day, am I able to still view the workout I missed?

Yes! Each week’s workouts are available all week long on your member site, plus we add them to our workout library so you can re-visit them at your convenience!

Do you have any perks for if I refer a friend?

YES! We appreciate you sharing Goals & Grace with your girl friends so much that we want to celebrate you for it!! Any time you refer a friend who signs up for a membership with Goals & Grace, they’ll get 1/2 off their first month, PLUS you get 1/2 off your next month’s membership too! Can I cancel my Goals & Grace membership?

You can cancel your membership at anytime before your next charge with no penalty, though we know you won’t want to! We know life happens, so if you need to cancel or take a break, you can do so whenever is necessary, and always be welcomed back! 🙂
